Our company was organized in 1988 to provide expanded real estate services to the Lakes Area of Northeast Texas. We are member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Tyler Board of Realtors and their Multiple Listing Service, an Affilliate of The Greater Dallas Board of Realtors and their Multiple Listing Service. We pride ourselves on our ethical approach with utmost concern for the satisfaction of our clients and customers.
In our continual search to expand our service to our clients we became one of the first real estate companies in the area to offer free “Buyer Representation”. In this approach it is our responsibility to work for the, best interest of the Buyer at no additional cost. Our buyer representation excludes our companies listings in which case we represent the best interest of the seller. All clients are advised, in writing, whom we represent in the transaction.
On a consistent basis we have more “buyers” than we have properties that meet their requirements. We always want good listings to show serious buyers. Who better than an extremely successful seller to list your property with!!
We represent and are knowledgeable of all types of Real Estate in our market area. However, primarily due to the perpetual surveillance of area lakes and our strategically located office, we specialize in Waterfront Properties.
